But here are some little tips to get you started:
- Eat smaller more frequent meals throughout the day to spike your metabolism and keep it there. Many small meals will also keep you from overeating at meals because you won't be constantly hungry.
- Stay away from the 'whites.' This means white breads, pastas, and rices which will spike spike your insulin levels causing your body to store fat and water. Instead choose more whole wheat and whole grains.
- Drink at least eight 8 oz. glasses of water to keep your body hydrated and working smoothly.
- Eat higher carb meals earlier in the day and limit your carbohydrate intake as the day goes on.
